Sobre Ayurveda<\/span><\/h1>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

O Ayurveda, que em s\u00e2nscrito significa \"A Ci\u00eancia da Vida\", enra\u00edza-se na \u00cdndia antiga h\u00e1 mais de 5.000 anos, sendo considerado o sistema m\u00e9dico mais antigo. O saber da Ayurveda nasceu dos Rishis (s\u00e1bios iluminados) e foi inicialmente partilhado oralmente de mestres para disc\u00edpulos, sendo mais tarde documentado nos antigos textos Vedas.<\/span><\/p>


O Ayurveda concentra-se na preven\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas de sa\u00fade atrav\u00e9s do equil\u00edbrio de v\u00e1rios aspetos da vida, incluindo a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, os pensamentos, o estilo de vida e o uso de ervas. O objetivo \u00e9 compreender e manter um equil\u00edbrio harmonioso entre o corpo, a mente e a consci\u00eancia, com base na constitui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica de cada indiv\u00edduo.<\/span><\/p>


Tal como cada pessoa tem uma impress\u00e3o digital \u00fanica, cada um possui um padr\u00e3o energ\u00e9tico espec\u00edfico, denominado Dosha (Vata, Pitta e Kapha), uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas, mentais e emocionais que definem a sua constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (Prakriti). Fatores internos e externos, como as emo\u00e7\u00f5es, a dieta, o clima e as rela\u00e7\u00f5es, podem perturbar esse equil\u00edbrio e manifestar-se como altera\u00e7\u00f5es na constitui\u00e7\u00e3o (Vikriti), conduzindo a problemas de sa\u00fade, dist\u00farbios e uma exist\u00eancia n\u00e3o plena.<\/span>
Ao compreender estes fatores, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel adotar medidas adequadas para minimizar os seus efeitos, eliminar as causas do desequil\u00edbrio e restaurar a constitui\u00e7\u00e3o original.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Na Ayurveda, o equil\u00edbrio representa a ordem natural, enquanto o desequil\u00edbrio conduz ao dist\u00farbio.
