My journey to becoming an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant has been unique and eye-opening. I began my career as a pharmacist with one main goal: to help people achieve wellness and live fulfilling lives. However, during my years serving as a pharmacist in the UK, my prospective started to shift.
While I provided guidance on medication management and deal with their side effect, I often found myself wonder about the deeper roots of health issues. I soon realized that the answers are not found just in external remedies but within a more integrated approach to health.
This reflection led me to explore the principles of Yoga, meditation, and mindful nutrition for my well-being, which illuminated and proved the importance of looking at health in a holistic way. I understood that true health involves the mind, body, and spirit—a concept that conventional medicine doesn’t fully cover alone.
I felt a strong connection with Ayurveda because it fully aligned with my evolving philosophy.
Soon, I found myself on a transformative journey, a life-changing path, beginning with Ayurvedic massages and treatments that allowed me to connect with the innate energies that animate us. Eager for deeper knowledge, I travelled to India to immerse myself in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda at an Ayurvedic hospital. There, I fully embraced the teachings that would enable me to provide a genuinely holistic healthcare approach.
Returning to my roots with a newfound purpose, I now combine my foundational knowledge as a pharmacist with the holistic insights of Ayurveda. As an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, I am passionate about guiding others towards a balanced and enriched life, addressing health at its core rather than merely its symptoms.
Join me on a journey back to your true self, just as I have done with mine.
– Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, University of Camerino, Italy
– Diploma Ayurveda Technician, AMAYUR, Portugal
– Certification on Ayurveda Diagnostic, Ayurveda Centre, Portugal

– Travelling holds a special place in my heart, offering endless inspiration and insights. Each destination brings a story, a recipe, or a new perspective that enriches my practice and personal life.
– Greeting the day with yoga at sunrise is my daily blessing, setting a tone of gratitude and presence for the hours ahead.
– Long board skate is my dance floor on wheels, and Surfboard is my playground. The way to set my mind free and to remind everyone that adults fall too, and yes, it’s still funny.
– As an Italian, my love for food is a cliché I wear proudly. Eating alone is my ‘me time,’ and cooking with friends is my ‘oops, too much food’ time. I’m not vegetarian by label, but my vegetable dishes are the most frequency.
– Conversations with loved ones are my favourite hobby. We dive deep, laugh hard, and sometimes solve the world’s problems over a plate of spaghetti. Life is all about those moments of connection.
