All workshops are led by Stefania Colangeli, a pharmacist, Ayurveda therapist and soon-to-be nutritionist, with a passion for helping people understand health in a more complete and connected way.
After years of working in healthcare, Stefania became increasingly interested in the relationship between the body, lifestyle, nutrition, stress and self-awareness. This led her to explore Ayurveda, mindfulness, yoga and integrative wellbeing alongside her scientific background.
Her workshops combine evidence-based knowledge with practical tools and self-reflection, creating a space where participants can learn, experience and reconnect with themselves.
More than simply sharing information, Stefania’s intention is to help people develop a deeper understanding of their own bodies and leave with insights and practices they can integrate into everyday life.
Previous workshops are presented below as examples of themes already explored. New workshops can be designed around different areas of integrative wellbeing, including nutrition, Ayurveda, mindful eating, stress, body awareness, seasonal rituals, self-care and conscious living.
